Obituary of Rose N. Toth

Rose N. (Pinizzotto) Toth died Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at Preferred Care at Old Bridge. She was 93. Born in St. Benedict, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph and Mary (Filoramo) Pinizzotto, she lived in North Brunswick, moved to Milltown for 23 years and returned to North Brunswick in 1983. She worked at Permacel Tape in North Brunswick, then as a lunch aide and custodian at North Brunswick Township High School before her retirement in 1989. Mrs. Toth was a communicant of St. Mary of Mount Virgin R.C. Church in New Brunswick. She had volunteered her time at the Franklin Care Center and with the North Brunswick Italian American Club. Her husband Richard D. Toth died in 1999. She was also predeceased by her sister Santa Molnar and her brother Joseph Pinizzotto. Surviving are her son Richard Toth and his wife Maryann of Milltown; her daughter Beverly Smith and her husband Roger of North Brunswick; a sister Katie Severino of Ormond Beach, Florida; two brothers – Marty Pinizzotto and his wife Rose of South Bound Brook and Anthony Pinizzotto of North Brunswick; four grandchildren – Kristen and Doug Stark of Milltown, Cheryl and Christopher Wise of Milltown, Andrea and Matthew D'Amore of Somerset and Gregory Smolen of North Brunswick; and five great grandchildren – Brayden, Nicholas, Isabella, Savannah and Jackson. Visitation will be at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick on Thursday (today) from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be 9:45 AM Friday from Selover Funeral Home followed by a 10:30 AM Mass at St. Mary of Mt. Virgin Church in New Brunswick. Entombment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220-3049.
