Obituary of Florence J. Herczku

Florence J. (Lutz) Herczku died Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 88. Born in St. John, Pennsylvania to the late Arthur and Dora (Fenstermacher) Lutz, she lived in New Brunswick for over 65 years. She worked for AT&T in Piscataway and Bedminster before her retirement in 1998. Prior to that she worked at the Raritan Arsenal in Edison. She was a member of Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Brunswick and was a volunteer at the East Brunswick Library. Surviving are two daughters – Deborah Herczku of New Brunswick and Joanmarie Herczku of Bloomsburg, PA; a granddaughter Ursula Herczku; and dear friends – Marie and Ray Lew of Hightstown and their children – Philip, Lauren and Kristen. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick with a funeral service to be held at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Private cremation will follow.
