Obituary of Alberta Jean Povlich

Alberta Jean Povlich died Saturday, September 2, 2017 at her home in North Brunswick. She was 89.

Born in Rahway and raised in New Brunswick, Jean raised her family in Edison and had lived in North Brunswick for the past 39 years. She was a department manager for Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick before she retired.

Surviving are husband, Thomas M. Povlich of North Brunswick; children: Gail and her husband Robert Olwell of Lincroft; Thomas and his wife Loretta Povlich of Yardley, PA; grandchildren: Daniel Olwell, Kelly Olwell, Todd and his wife Amanda Povlich, Megan Povlich; great-grandchildren: Lindsay & Natalie Povlich; and sister: Millie and her husband Michael Colligan of Somerset.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. The funeral service will be 11:00 AM Thursday at the Six Mile Run Reformed Church in Franklin Township. Entombment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick.
