Obituary of Arturo Venturi

Arturo Venturi died Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was 67. Born and raised in Santa Flavia, Palermo Sicily, Italy, he lived in North Brunswick and later moved to Millville. He was a quality assurance professional for Wheaton Industries in Millville before he retired. Surviving are 2 daughters — Stephanie Venturi of Philadelphia PA, and Amalia Venturi of Mt. Shasta, California; son Dominic Venturi of Traverse City, Michigan; his siblings — Antonnia Venturi of Italy, Maddalena Combs of Pennsylvania, Maria Maltese of North Brunswick, Giovanna Katransky of Hopelawn, Sal Venturi of Piscataway; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 9:15 AM Saturday, from Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at St. Mary of Mt. Virgin Church in New Brunswick. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Friday, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
