Obituary of Theresa Szabo

Theresa Szabo died peacefully, Saturday, November 4, 2017, at home, surrounded by her family. She was 98 years old. Theresa was born in Scranton, PA. She lived in North Brunswick for 60 years before moving to Skillman 13 years ago. She worked as a sales associate at the Sears store in New Brunswick for 20 years and she retired in 1983. Theresa was a communicant of Saint Ladislaus RC Church, New Brunswick. She was very active with the North Brunswick Senior Citizens, the Middlesex County Office of Aging and she volunteered her time to deliver "Meals on Wheels". . She is predeceased by her husband Andrew in 1983. Her parents—Andrew and Therese (Molnar) Nyerges. Her brothers and sisters—Fabian, Joseph, Andrew, Steven, Anna, Agnes and Helen. Theresa is survived by her sons- Andrew (Sonny) Szabo of New Brunswick, Ron Szabo and his wife Diane Lefebvre of Skillman; her grandchildren—Kyle Szabo and his wife Brooke Williams Szabo of Fort Myers FL, Kelly Szabo of Pittsburgh, PA and Natalia Lefebvre of Skillman; great granddaughter Nylah Szabo of Fort Myers, FL.; her nephew Ed Csak who has been very close to her through his life. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday November 11, 2017 at 8:15AM from the Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick, A mass will be offered at 9:00AM at Saint Ladislaus RC Church, New Brunswick. Friends may visit on Friday from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. The interment will be at Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick
