Obituary of William H Vallely

William H. Vallely died Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at Parker at McCarrick in Somerset. He was 95. Born in Elmira, New York he lived in East Brunswick, Florida and Monroe Township. He was a purchasing agent for Chicopee Manufacturing Company in New Brunswick for 40 years before retiring in 1984. He was predeceased by his wife Ruth V. (Witte) Vallely and by his daughter Patricia DiCorcia, both in 2014. Surviving are his daughter Susan Konopack and her husband Robert of Milltown; two sons – James Vallely and his wife Maggie of Los Angeles, CA and William Vallely and his wife Virginia of Costa Mesa, CA; his sister Mary Lou Warden of Marietta, GA; five grandchildren – Tannis Vallely, Laura Konopack, Jon Konopack, Michael DiCorcia and Shannon DiCorcia; and a great granddaughter Anna Kromberg. He loved golf, his family and old-fashioneds. A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 12:00 Noon until a memorial service at 2:00 PM at Forsgate Country Club, 375 Forsgate Drive, Monroe. Arrangements are under the direction of Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick.
