Obituary of Virginia P. Mauro

Virginia (Perrone) Mauro died Sunday, April 15, 2018, at FountainView Care Center in Lakewood. She was 91. Born in New Brunswick to the late John and Theresa Perrone she lived in North Brunswick before moving to Whiting in 2006. Her husband Charles Mauro, Sr. died in 1995. Surviving are her daughter Rita Mauro of New Bern, North Carolina; five sons – Charles Mauro, Jr. of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, John Mauro of New Brunswick, Gregory Mauro of Highland Park, James Mauro of Campbell, California and Jack Mauro of Atlanta, Georgia; her sister Ann Brooks of North Brunswick; eight grandchildren and a great granddaughter. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday at St. Mary of Mount Virgin R.C. Church in New Brunswick. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick. Arrangements are under the direction of Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick.
