Obituary of Margaret Letendre

Margaret Letendre, of Glassboro, passed away on May 6, 2018 at The Merwick Care and Rehabilitation Center, Plainsboro. She was 93 years old. Ms. Letentdre was born in Wearum, PA. She lived in Dayton before moving to Glassboro in 2007. She was a sales representative for 25 years at McMaster Carr in Cranbury and Freehold, retiring in 2007. Ms. Letendre also worked at American Standard, Piscataway, where she was the first woman appointed to positions held only by men and she pioneered a path for other females. She was a communicant of Saint Bridget's RC Church, Glassboro. She is predeceased by her parents Andrew and Julia (Mester) Hodasz. Ms. Letendre is survived by her two sons – David M. Letendre (Andrea Wilson) of Cherry Hill; Richard V. Letendre (Tracey Bellfatto) of Trout Creek, NY. And her granddaughter Morgan Olivia Letendre. Services will be held at 11:30AM, Friday May 11, 2018 at the Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick NJ 08902. Visitation will be from 10:00AM – 11:30AM. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
