Obituary of James P. Giordano

James P. Giordano died Thursday, November 22, 2018, in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. He was 72. Born in the Bronx, New York to the late Joseph and Mildred (Gumbiner) Giordano, he lived in Piscataway before moving to North Brunswick 24 years ago. He was a special education teacher in West Orange for seven years before his retirement in 2010. Prior to that he taught computers in Manville. Surviving are his wife Karen (Newman) Giordano; two sons – Matthew Giordano and his wife Laura of Holland, PA and Joseph Giordano of North Brunswick and his girlfriend Andrea Sroczynski; his sister Karen Pennington of Hawthorne, NY; and two grandchildren – Caden and Bryce. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be10:15 AM Tuesday from Selover Funeral Home followed by an 11:00 AM Mass at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church in North Brunswick. Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Burial Park in South Brunswick. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O.
