Obituary of William F Heinlin

William F. Heinlin died Monday, January 25, 2021, at his home in South River. He was 76. Born in New Brunswick to the late William and Winifred (Garrity) Heinlin, he grew up in North Brunswick and lived in Helmetta before moving to South River two years ago. He was a lab technician at Bristol Myers Squibb in New Brunswick for 40 years before retiring in 2009. He was also a party boat captain in Belmar for many years, sailing on the Prowler, Sand Shark and Sea Stalker. Mr. Heinlin was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a member of the American Legion Post #177 in Old Bridge and the VFW. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother James Heinlin. Surviving are his daughter Lisa Heinlin of Helmetta; his son William Heinlin of Mountain House, California; three sisters – Janet Stickney of Browns Mills, Joan Vernon and her husband Ken of Monroe Township and Anne Marie Locastro and her husband Larry of Cinnaminson; three brothers – Frank Molimock and his wife Diane of St. Augustine, Florida, James Molimock and his wife Peggy of Florence and Daniel Heinlin and his husband James Weaver of Audobon; and four grandchildren – Thomas Noel, Anthony Noel, Madaline Heinlin and Kaitlyn Heinlin. Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 11:30 AM Friday at Selover Funeral Home followed by a burial in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown.
