Obituary of Nancy Skidmore

Nancy A. (Farell) Skidmore died Saturday, February 13, 2021, at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 72. Born in New Brunswick to the late Hugh and Mary (Grimley) Farrell, she lived in East Brunswick for over 40 years before moving to Spotswood three years ago. She was a dental assistant for Oral Surgery Group in East Brunswick for 28 years before retiring in 2010. Mrs. Skidmore was a communicant of St. Bartholomew R.C. Church in East Brunswick. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her son Dennis R. Skidmore in 2007. Surviving are her husband Wayne Skidmore; her son Daniel Skidmore and his wife Stephanie of East Brunswick; her daughter Dawn Skidmore of Sayreville; her brother Richard Farrell of Arizona; five grandchildren – Kyle Giamarese, Nikki Gamble, Aleah Skidmore, Taylor Hansen and her husband Derek, and Daniel Skidmore; and two great grandchildren – Jayden and Julian Hansen. Private funeral services are under the direction of Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick.
