Irena J. Szewczak died on Friday March 26, 2021 at her home in New Brunswick. She was 92.
Irena was born in Poland. She came to the United States in 1963 and settled in Elizabeth before moving to New Brunswick in 1970. She was a communicant of Saint Joseph R. C. Church, New Brunswick.
Irena was predeceased by her husband, Jozef Szewczak in 2008 and her parents Frank and Monika Platta. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Mary Reznik and her husband Antoni of New Brunswick and two grandsons, Andrew Michael Reznik and his wife Kate and Joseph Christopher Reznik.
Private funeral services are under the direction of Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick, NJ.
