Obituary of Gordon A Jacoby

Gordon A. Jacoby, died on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at home in Princeton, New Jersey. He was 86. Gordon was born in New York, N.Y., and had lived in Princeton for several years. He was a professor and a speech coach for theater for the Ted Bardy Acting Studio, New York, N.Y. since 1967. He was a member of the Princeton Senior Research Center/Evergreen Forum, the Men's club at the Princeton Senior Research Center, the Garden State Theater, Princeton, Friends of Princeton University Art Museum, the Ohio State Alumni Association, Columbus, OH and the Seward Park Alumni Association, New York, N.Y. Predeceased by his parents, Louis and Annette (Neidelle) Jacoby, Gordon is survived by his wife, Mary Elaine (Cox) Jacoby of Princeton; his two children, Rebecca A. Jacoby of Philadelphia, PA and David N. Jacoby of Boulder, CO; his sister, Miriam Aarson of Boston, MA; and two nephews, Seth Aarson of Boston, MA and Philip Aarson of London, England.
