Obituary of Daniel F Moran

Daniel F. Moran died Sunday, July 11, 2021, at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. He was 87. Born in New Brunswick to the late Daniel P. and Ethel (Seymour) Moran, he lived in New Brunswick before moving to Milltown over 40 years ago. He was a firefighter for the City of New Brunswick for over 30 years before retiring in 1988. He was a member of the New Brunswick Fireman's Association. Mr. Moran was a member of the Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Brunswick. He was predeceased by his wife Priscilla A. (Reynolds) Moran in 2018; and by his brother and sister-in-law Richard and Joan Moran. Surviving are his daughter Karen McCoy of Somerset; his granddaughter Dara McCoy of New Brunswick; and his brother James "Red" Moran and his wife Evelyn of Monroe Township. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday at Selover Funeral Home.
