Obituary of Rose Mary Yates

Rose Mary (Sohl) Yates died Sunday, September 19, 2021, at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 70. Born in New Brunswick to the late Charles and Rosina (O'Donnell) Sohl, she lived in North Brunswick before moving to Edison 22 years ago. She was a supervisor for Central Parking Systems at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick for 22 years before retiring in 2012. Her husband Russell J. Yates died in March of 2021. Surviving are her daughter Rose Mary Yates of Edison; her brother Edward Sohl of Edison; two sisters – Beverly Boice of Madison, Indiana and Janet Sohl of Beverly Hills, Florida; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday at Selover Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick.
