Obituary of Jennie F Lovas

Jennie Francine (Thierry) Lovas passed away Friday, October 8, 2021, at her home in Phippsburg, Maine. She was 94. Born in Rome, New York to the late Louis and Mary (Kowal) Thierry, she lived in East Brunswick, New Jersey before moving to Phippsburg 20 years ago. She worked at Revlon in Edison, NJ for 29 years before her retirement. Jennie enjoyed gardening, painting pictures, cooking, baking and watching the New England Patriots with Tom Brady. She was predeceased by her husband William Lovas in 1974; three sons – William Lovas, Jr., Michael Lovas and Thomas Lovas; and by her daughter Dianne Lovas. Surviving are three daughters – Kathy Hogaboom and her husband Larry of Port Charlotte, Florida, Maryann Lovas of Port Charlotte, FL and Jeanne Romatowski and her husband Randy of Phippsburg, ME; her daughter-in-law Joanne Lovas of Whiting, NJ; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday October 30, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick, NJ followed by a 10:30 AM funeral service at Selover Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick, NJ.
