Obituary of Eleanor B Racz

Eleanor Barbara (Pozsonyi) Racz died Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 79. Born in New Brunswick, she moved to Milltown in 1985. She worked as a real estate agent and broker, at one time managing a local office, before her retirement. A lifelong member of the Magyar Reformed Church in New Brunswick, she enjoyed music, singing and harbored a strong faith in God. An avid collector of Hungarian Herend porcelain, she loved family and friends, cooking and conversation, and found deep joy and contentment from the simple pleasures of life. A devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother, she was predeceased by her husband, Zoltan G. Racz in 2014. Surviving are her sons, Gary, and his wife Diane, and Eugene, and his wife Angela. She had three grandsons Alden, Garrett and Matthew, whom she adored and who adored her. Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday at Selover Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Van Liew Cemetery in North Brunswick.
