Obituary of Ratko Odzakovic

Ratko Odzakovic died Monday, November 8, 2021, at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. He was 79. Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina to the late Stoyan and Stanojka (Jokic) Odzakovic, he came to the United States and settled in Bound Brook in 1997. He was a machinist for Superior Machinery, Inc, in Middlesex for 10 years before his retirement. Surviving are his wife Mila (Mijovcic) Odzakovic; his son Borislav "Bob" Odzakovic and his wife Christine Klimczuk of North Brunswick; three granddaughters – Katherine, Christina and Alexa Odzakovic; cousins – Zoran Odzakovic of Martinsville and Edita, Teodora and Aleksandra Odzakovic all of Whitehouse Station, Miro and Milosava Dulic of Bound Brook, Natasa Dulic of Bound Brook and Sanja Milicevic of Bound Brook; and his daughter-in-law's family Walter and Lidia Klimczuk of North Brunswick and Ellen Klimczuk of Hamilton. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Thursday at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Friday at Selover Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Van Liew Cemetery in North Brunswick.
