Obituary of Kim A. Boka

Please share a memory of Kim to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Kim A. (Bohar) Boka, age 60, died Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at St. Peter's Hospital.

Born in New Brunswick to Peter Bohar and the late Jean (Roskey) Bohar, she was a lifelong North Brunswick resident. She worked as a project manager for ABB/Hitachi Energy in Princeton for the past 35 years.

Kim was a loving wife and mother. She was an avid fan of "I Love Lucy", enjoyed Atlantic City, word searches and playing poker. But above all else, there is nothing that she loved more than her dog Oreo. She was always heard before seen. Her family and friends will miss her boisterous personality and contagious laugh. And she'll be forever remembered giving her famous two thumbs up.

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her brother, Craig Bohar and her father-in-law Joseph Boka Sr. Surviving are her husband, Tibor Boka; daughter, Jessica Boka of Seymour, Connecticut; father, Pete Bohar of Edison ; sister, Jill Psiuk and husband Jim of Robbinsville; brother, Drew Bohar of Plainsboro; sister-in-law, Cathy Bohar of Monroe; mother-in-law, Anna Boka of North Brunswick; brothers-in-law, Louie Boka and wife Debbie of Jamesburg, Joe Boka, Jr. and Stevie Boka of North Brunswick; sister-in-law, Anna Romeo and husband Pete of North Brunswick and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM on Monday at Selover Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick.
