Obituary of Patricia A. Hatoum

Patricia A. (Skoudris) Hatoum died Monday February 14, 2022, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 63. Born in New Brunswick, she was a lifelong North Brunswick Township resident. She worked as a nurse's aide at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, then as a cafeteria aid in the North Brunswick Township Schools and as a crossing guard for the North Brunswick Township Police Department before retiring in 2007. Pat was a communicant of St. Mary of Mount Virgin R.C. Church in New Brunswick. She was predeceased by her daughter Nevin Biggins; her father Marcus Skoudris; and her grandson Dominic Marcus Talay. Surviving are her husband Marwan S. Hatoum; her son Omer Marcus "Mark" Talay and his wife Christina of North Brunswick; her mother and stepfather Carmella (Duino) and Ray Everett of Milltown; her sister Nicole Apostol and her husband David of Milltown; and grandchildren – Marissa Biggins of South River and Liam Talay and Lennon Talay of North Brunswick. Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick with a funeral service to be held at 12:00 Noon at Selover Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Van Liew Cemetery in North Brunswick.
