Obituary of Carole A. Cagle

Carole A. (Spisak) Cagle died Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 75.

Born in New Brunswick to the late John and Carol (Gowan) Spisak, she lived in New Brunswick and Somerset before moving to North Brunswick in 1981. She worked as an administrative secretary at Rutgers University for 20 years before retiring in 2003.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister Valerie Romano and her brother Larry Spisak. Surviving are her husband George E. Cagle; three sons – Robert Cagle of North Brunswick, Jason Cagle of Williamstown and Jeremy Cagle and his wife Cheryl of Ponte Vedra, Florida; and five grandchildren – Kaitlyn, Courtney, Kelly, Avery and Brooke.

Cremation was private. A gathering of relatives and friends will be held 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick with a funeral service to be held at 4:00 PM.
