Obituary of Margaret M. Fiorino

Margaret M. (Ternyila) Fiorino died Friday, June 3, 2022, at Francis E. Parker Memorial Home in Piscataway. She was 97 years old.

Born in Sayreville to the late John and Eva (O'Brien) Ternyila, she graduated from St. Peter's High School in New Brunswick and lived in North Brunswick before moving to Edison in 1956. She was a telephone operator for New Jersey Bell Telephone in New Brunswick, Pepsi-Cola in North Brunswick, Mural Transport in South Brunswick and Foley Machinery in Piscataway before retiring in 2005.

Mrs. Fiorino was a communicant of Guardian Angels R.C. Church in Edison where she was a member of the Rosary Society.

She was predeceased by her grandson Kevin Glenn; and her brother John Ternyila. Surviving are her husband of 75 years Albert L. Fiorino; her son Albert Wayne Fiorino and his wife Mary of North Brunswick; her daughter Linda Glenn and her husband David of Fort Mill, South Carolina; five grandchildren – Ryan (Kim) Glenn, Katie Glenn Brandon) Stiffler, Meghan Fiorino (John Paul) Mahoney, Kaitlyn Fiorino (Steven) Bradley and Matthew Fiorino; and eleven great grandchildren – Mary, Breanne, Katherine, Clare, Timothy, Steven, Joseph, Brady, Parker, Sadie and Emily.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 9:00 AM Thursday from Selover Funeral Home followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at Guardian Angels Church in Edison. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Smile Train at www.smiletrain.org.
