Obituary of Elena M. Pacia

Elena M. (Spitalleta) Pacia died Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at her home in Monroe Township. She was 105.

Born in Jersey City to the late Giuseppe and Madeline (Viola) Spitalleta, she lived in Iselin and North Brunswick before moving to Monroe Township over a year ago. She was a saleswoman at S. Klein Department Store in Woodbridge for 10 years before retiring in 1983.

Her husband Francis Pacia died in 1969. She was also predeceased by her daughter Marie Ellen Michaelson. Surviving are her daughter Debbie Pacia of Monroe Township; two sons – Joseph Pacia of Lakewood and Francis Pacia of Little Egg Harbor; and six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick with a Blessing to take place at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
