Obituary of Paul R. Buckley

Paul R. Buckley died Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at his home in North Brunswick. He was 60.

Born in New Brunswick to the late John C. "Jack" and Theresa "Tess" A. (Castellano) Buckley, he lived in New Brunswick before moving to North Brunswick in 1989. Paul was Director of Development for Middlesex County for 30 years before his retirement in 2018.

He was predeceased by his wife, Denise A. (Darwish) Buckley, in 2018; and by his brother John J. Buckley, Jr. Surviving are his son Brian J. Buckley of North Brunswick; his sister Marie Gail Sundt of Bayville; and aunts, uncles nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday, February 6, 2023, at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Selover Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Burial Park in South Brunswick.
