Obituary of Alyssa B. Starrick

Alyssa B. Starrick passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the young age of 23.

Born in New Brunswick she lived in North Brunswick for most of her life.

Alyssa was a deeply spiritual person who strove to leave a positive and loving impact on others. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Miami and beaches everywhere. Her other loves were dance, swimming, singing, photography, meditating,, journaling and listening to music. Alyssa's ultimate wish was for others to unceasingly experience peace, love, joy and forgiveness.

Surviving are her mother Melissa A. Carroll and her husband Esvin Lopez of North Brunswick; her father John J. Starrick of Hillsborough; three sisters – Kirstin L. Dame of Holden, Maine and Vivian P. Starrick and Abigayle C. Starrick, both of Hillsborough; her maternal great grandfather James J. Carroll of North Brunswick; her paternal grandmother Patricia Jennings and her husband Michael Stuppiello of Lexington, South Carolina; her maternal grandmother Joann Carroll of Green Bay, Wisconsin; and her dog - Reba, guinea pig - Blossom, birds – Offset and Dexter and cat – Batman.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick with a funeral service to be held at 12:00 Noon at Selover Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick.
