Obituary of Frank R. Nora

Frank R. Nora passed away, Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Emerson Health Care Center in Emerson. He was 81.

Born in New Brunswick to the late Frank and Elizabeth (Pinali) Nora, he lived in New Brunswick before moving to Martinsville in 1972. He received his bachelor's degree from Yale University and his master's degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He owned and operated his own professional engineering firm, Frank R. Nor, PE in Middlesex.

Frank enjoyed travel, his cats, hiking, sports, military history, polar exploration, and licorice. He served in the United States Navy in the early 1960s.

Surviving are two sons – Frank Nora and his wife Denice of Nutley and John Nora and his wife Johanna of the Bronx, New York; his daughter Julie Nora of Queens, New York; and his sister Jacqueline Bailey of Maryland.

Private arrangements are under the direction of Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick.
