Anne M. Yaverski Smoleski died Sunday, October 9, 2011, at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 51. Born in New Brunswick, she was raised in Highland Park and had lived in North Brunswick before moving to South Bound Brook over 11 years ago. Mrs. Smoleski had worked for Phoenix ESG in Somerset. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy R.C. Church in South Bound Brook, where she sang in the choir, was a member of the NJ Astronomical Association and had been scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America Troop #42 in South Bound Brook. She was predeceased by her father, John Yaverski. Surviving are her husband of 25 years - Vincent J. Smoleski, Jr.; her daughter Susan M. Kavarsky and her husband Steven of Dayton; two sons - Vincent J. Smoleski, III and his wife Michelle of Lexington Park, Maryland and Steven Smoleski of South Bound Brook; her mother Mary Sulliman Yaverski of Dunellen; her sister Patricia Stickle of Ocean Township; a granddaughter Sara Kavarsky and three nieces. Funeral services will be 8:15 AM Thursday from Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick followed by a 9:00 AM Mass at Sacred Heart R.C. Church in New Brunswick. Private cremation will follow. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 2 - 4 PM and 7 - 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Susan G.
