Obituary of Barbara L Sesee

Barbara L. Hartigan Sesee died Monday, November 28, 2011, at her home in North Brunswick. She was 84. Born in Bayonne, she had lived in New Brunswick before moving to North Brunswick over 50 years ago. She had also resided in Brant Beach on Long Beach Island. Mrs. Sesee was a supervisor for Rutgers University for 25 years before retiring in 1994. Prior to that she had been a fashion model at the Ford Agency in New York City and had worked for the Boy Scouts of America in North Brunswick. She was a member of the Rutgers Silver Knights Association. Her husband, Robert A.P. Sesee, died in 2006. Surviving are three daughters - Donna L. Sesee of New Brunswick and New York City, Pamela S. Cahill and her husband John of Cherry Hill and Barbara "Bobbi" Sesee of North Brunswick; a brother Arthur Hartigan of Huntington Beach, California; a son-in-law Karl Kovacs of Brant Beach; and six grandchildren - Simone and Kevin Kovacs, Matthew and Michael Cahill, Capt. Justin Lenoff of the United States Air Force and Petty Officer 2nd Class Trevor Lenoff of the United States Navy. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Burial will follow in Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM.
