Obituary of Maria R Saglimbeni

Maria R. (Siligato) Saglimbeni died Friday, January 13, 2012, at Regency Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Somerset. She was 84. Born in Limina (Prov. Messina), Sicily, Italy, she had lived in the Bronx before moving to North Brunswick in 1985. Mrs. Saglimbeni was a communicant of St. Mary of Mt. Virgin RC Church in New Brunswick and was a member of the North Brunswick Senior Center. Her husband Santo S. Saglimbeni died in 2004. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law Filippo and Katherine Saglimbeni and her granddaughter Sara, all of North Brunswick. Funeral services will be 8:15 AM Monday from Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick followed by a 9:00 AM Mass at St. Mary of Mt. Virgin Church, New Brunswick. Entombment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM.
