Anthony P. Mauro died Friday, March 9, 2012, at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 80. Born in Ohio he had lived in North Brunswick for most of his life. He was a process operator at Bristol Myers Squibb in New Brunswick for 40 years before retiring in 1991. Mr. Mauro was a communicant of Sacred Heart R.C. Church in New Brunswick. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean War. He was predeceased by six brothers - Charles, James, Joseph and Frank Mauro and Joseph and Charles Campagna; and a sister Antoinette "Ruth" Parillo. Surviving are his wife Mary Snedeker Mauro; three daughters and sons-in-law - Suzanne and Richard Wellington of Jackson, Mary Ann and Kevin Titus of East Windsor and Lori Ann and Steven Kastner of Milltown; two sisters - Carmella Lewis of Lorraine, Ohio and Mary Perrone of Melbourne, Florida; and six grandchildren - Ashley, Lindsay and Danielle Wellington, Ryan and Brianna Titus, and Drew Kastner. Funeral services will be 8:15 AM Thursday from Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick followed by a 9:00 AM Mass at Sacred Heart Church in New Brunswick. Entombment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM.
